「んふっ」と、こころがほっこり。

北海道のことばで、かわいいことを「めんこい」といいます。
MENKOI HOKKAIDOは、そのひとことから生まれた、ニセコ発の小さなブランドです。

北海道に来て、ふとした瞬間にこぼれる笑み。その気持ちをカタチにして持ち帰ってもらえるように、地元民が手ざわりを確かめながら、ひとつずつ作っています。

デザインは、平成レトロ。懐かしいようで新しい、ちょっとクセのある色づかいとイラストが、「なんだろう、気になる」を誘います。

最初の商品は、気軽につけられるワッペンキーチェーン。小さなものだからこそ、丁寧に。そして、想いにご賛同いただけたお店の方々とともに、誇りを持って届けられるブランドを育てていきます。

北海道から、世界のどこかの誰かのカバンへ。

That little smile you can't help.

In Hokkaido dialect, we have a word for "cute" — menkoi. It's softer than cute, warmer than charming. MENKOI HOKKAIDO is a small brand from Niseko, built around that one word.

You know the moment: you're traveling through Hokkaido, and something makes you quietly chuckle to yourself. We wanted to turn that feeling into something you could take home. So we make each piece by hand, right here, checking every texture as we go.

Our design language is what we call Heisei retro — Japan's playful 90s aesthetic, revisited. Slightly odd color choices. Illustrations with a little too much personality. The kind of thing you can't quite explain, but can't stop looking at.

We're starting simple: patch keychains, made with care, easy to clip onto anything. And we only work with shops we've met face to face — people who genuinely love what we make and are proud to pass it on.

From Hokkaido, to a bag somewhere out there in the world.
